Improving decisions
Imagine for a moment that you had the expertise, experience and support of ten peers available to you. Whether you need to mull over a knotty problem, or have a rather immediate crisis which requires your delicate and appropriate handling, where do you turn? Who do you ask? Are you receiving independent, balanced and untainted advice?
You may be looking to your Board, or your senior execs or even your partner or spouse. All of these are valuable, but the process can be accelerated and improved with the benefit of your own peer group who are dedicated to addressing the challenges you face, without organisational or family involvement.
And in return, you would offer the same for them.
