Monthly leadership development meetings. And the rest.

At the heart of our community is the four-hour monthly meet up. Beyond this we hold an annual overnight event and support members between meetings with mentoring, coaching and online support.

Monthly Meetings

We hold regular, four-hour, monthly meetings. These are scheduled well in advance so you can plan around them.

Diverse 15-Member Cohorts

Our diverse peer groups are comprised of empathic and curious members who are keen to listen and support your progress.

Guest Speakers

We have a fantastic network of inspiring, road-tested guest speakers who contribute at some meetings.

Annual Overnight Retreat

We all benefit from a change of scene and some external perspective. Once a year we go offsite for a deep dive and recharge.

A Wider Network

Beyond your immediate peers, you will have access to members of other peer groups who can further support you.

No Competing Industries

We encourage growth by ensuring that there are no members of competing industries within a single group.

One-to-one coaching between meetings

Your group leader will be available between the monthly meetings to offer one-to-one coaching, mentoring, advice and support.

On occasion a task force may be created to address an immediate need which cannot wait for the monthly meeting and would benefit from the wisdom of certain members of the group.

Field trips, annual retreat and inter-group meet-ups.

Our members benefit from the opportunity to meet members beyond their immediate group, as well as occasionally taking time to change their environment and perspective.
