At Peer Group People, it is our mission to provide a confidential and supportive environment where leaders can learn from each other. To do this, we are focussed on the following things:

To actively support our members’ journeys

To build groups for leaders, entrepreneurs and senior team members with no competing industries represented per group.

To create industry-specific groups

To help members by more directly aligning concerns and experience with peer groups who can support and aid growth.

To create a Peer Group Playbook

To create a model for future peer groups that can be deployed either within their organisations or to meet a specific need/niche.
